Kinfomtech is committed to build a qualified, reliable, stable and all-around online shop, wholesaler and manufacturer in the world, we provide traders, retailers, foreign local distributors and larger-middle-small shoppers with professional, safe, competitive price, top notch quality and innovative products, at the moment, we do not sell our products at eBay and Amazon, we do not also involve in price war, however to develop supply chain business and focus on new product development and top quality product service is our priority, welcome all of you to establish long term business relationship with us.

All of products are presented on our website provide from 6 months to one year warranty, the defective items due to quality issues caused can be returned back to us, the shipping cost on the return back shall be paid by buyers and shipping cost on the send back shall be paid by kinfomtech, it’s fairly and reasonable.

We do not accept any items to return back if have below case:

1. Did not have any quality issues (include slightly)

2. Did not affect on its functions and using

3. Quality issues by man made

4. Already obvious broken and damaged items

5. Once buyers passed items or samples final confirmation

6. Expired return valid period( within 5 days after receipt of item)

Other quality term is subject to our final confirmations

We can accept any items to return back if have below case:

1. Serious quality issues that affects on functions and using
2. Serious appearance flaws and defect
3. Does not work at all.
4. Item’s functions and description is different with our confirmation
5. Change mind.

All defective items with quality issues must be confirmed and approved by kinfomtech before return back, for return back items without kinfomtech’s permission would not be handled.

All defective items with quality issues can be replaced with new and complete working ones after our QC confirmed that defective items returned back are caused by real quality issues once receive defective items and send back to buyers within 5 working days.

Please note: all defective items that returned back must keep original condition like kinfomtech sent out, include package, parts and item, kinfomtech have the right to refuse or change to implement return and warranty policy if have any serious damaged and lost when kinfomtech get returned back items.

Regarding about the quality issues: kinfomtech have been fighting for best and best, from material purchasing, confirmation, try out,improving, production process to inspection, we always take rigid international standard to control our quality, try to reduce defective rate and improving good rate and ensure every item that reached in your hands is in good condition and working perfect.
